Shenandoah Junction is an unincorporated community inside Jefferson County in the U.S. state of West Virginia's Eastern Panhandle. These are placed between Kearneysville and Charles Town off of WV 9. Shenandoah Juction is front yard to Jefferson High School & West Virginia's oldest living wood frame structure, a Peter Burr Home, built in the area of 1751.
